Shipping will be done by US Post Priority unless otherwise requested. Federal Express is optional but I will need to get the weight of the package, and send an invoice to the party requesting the optional shipping. Priority is reliable, cheap, and about as quick as UPS ground. Large orders can be insured if the customer wants that. I will again have to invoice the party seperately.
In other words for shipping other than US Post Priority please email me and I will bill you for your entire order through paypal. DO NOT use my shopping carts!!

I want you to receive the product as soon as possible, but will not sacrifice quality for quickness. Custom orders will take longer than most other orders, except when stock items are out of stock. If stock items are out of stock the order will be filled in a timely manner based on availability of parts needed to create the stock item.

Because of the nature of the products, and their use, I will not give refunds!! We can, however, talk about sending you a new item should the one you received fail to be of the right size and or (god forbid) brake. All complaints about the quality of the product must be made within two weeks of receiving the product, or there can be no negotiated replacement.

Excessive replacements by any parties will result in my refusing to do business with that party any more.
